布地奈得和特布他林雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

目的了解布地奈得（普米克）和特布他林（博利康尼）雾化对小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法笔者于2006年7月-2008年1月对173例患毛细支气管炎的患儿应用普米克令舒加博利康尼悬液压缩泵雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗组显效率明显高于对照组，症状消失时间及住院天数均较对照组缩短，未见明显不良反应。结论普米克加博利康尼雾化治疗毛细支气管炎可减轻喘憋症状，缩短住院时间，疗效显著、安全，值得推广使用。

Pulmicort and Brincanyl Aerosol Inhalation for Bronchiolitis in Children

Objective To explore the curative effect of Pulmicort and Brincanyl solution aerosol inhalation for bronchiolitis in children. Methods 173 patients with bronchiolitis were treated by aerosol inhalation of Pulmicort and Brincanyl solution between July 2007 and January 2008 in our hospital. Results The remarkable rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The time of hospitalization and symptoms duration was shorter in the experimental group than that in the control group. No adverse reaction was observed. Conclusions Pulmicort and Brincanyl solution aerosol inhalation may alleviate the symptom of dyspnea and shorten the hospitalization time for patients with bronchiolitis. It is worthwhile to be widely used for its remarkably effect and safety.
