| 摘 要： | 目的：测定甲硝唑含漱剂的局部毒性及急性毒性。方法：应用改进寇氏法，序贯法测定小白鼠LD50。并选用家兔，豚鼠观察其局部刺激性及过敏反应。结果：小白鼠腹腔注射，静脉注射LD50分别为126．6mg/kg，145．9ml/kg，对家兔耳壳有经微刺激现象，对口腔粘膜，眼结膜无刺激性，过敏反应阴性，结论：甲硝唑含漱剂为一安全的口腔局部的用药。

The Experimental Study on the Acute Toxicity and the Local Toxicity of Gargarismae Metnonidazdi |

| Abstract: | Objective The acute toxicity and the local toxicity of Gargarismae Metnonidazdi were detected. Methods By using improved Kou's method and squeuen test,the median lethal doses(LD 50 )of Gargarismae Metnonidazdi were determined,and its local stimulation and amaphylaxis were observed on rabbits and guinea-pig.Results LD 50 of Gargarismae Metnonidazdi by intraperitoneal and intravenous injection were 126.6?mg/kg?145.9?mg/kg respectively.There were light stimulation to mucous membrane of mouth and no stimulation to conjunctiva,anaphylaxis was negative.Conclusions Gargarismae Metnonidazde was a safe oral local medicine. |
