双氯灭痛的免疫抑制作用

摘    要:双氯灭痛20,40mg/kg降低肝脏巨噬细胞对碳粒的吞噬能力,于抗原致敏后给药,显著抑制绵羊红细胞诱导的小鼠迟发型座垫肿胀及氯化锆诱导的小鼠接触性皮炎,而抗原攻击同时及其后16h给药仅是抑制趋势;双氯灭痛40mg/kg降低小鼠血清溶血素含量及脾脏巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。上述结果提示双氯灭痛对机体细胞免疫、体液免疫功能及单核巨噬系统的吞噬能力均具有抑制作用。

Abstract:Diclofenac sodium , administered orally from the day of antigen sensitization,significantly inhibited the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by sheep red blood cell(SRBC) or picryl chloride and the weights of thymus in mice. But diclofenac sodium showed onlyan inhibitory tendency on the DTH induced by SRBC when it was given at the time of the antigen challenge and 16hrs after the antigen challenge, The conten of serum hemolysin and the uptakes on carbon particales by macrophages of liver or spleen in mice were also decreased by diclofenac sodium. It was concluded that diclofenac sodium inhibited tile cellular, humoral immunefunctions and the phagocytic activity of mononuclear phagocyte system in mice.
