胃癌根治术引起脾脏损伤37例临床分析

目的:探讨施行胃癌根治术时引起医源性脾脏损伤的原因以及预防。方法:回顾性分析实行胃癌根治术的37例胃癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果:①37例患者中行远端胃大切手术的有6例出现脾损伤;行近端胃大切手术的有3例出现脾损伤;胃全切术有2例出现脾损伤;②保脾手术成功28例,所有患者均痊愈出院。结论:提高保脾意识,改善术中技术操作,采用有效的止血术式,可以有效的预防胃癌根治术出现的医源性脾脏损伤。

Gastrectomy caused a spleen injury,the clinical analysis of 37 cases

Objective To explore the implementation of radical operation for carcinoma of stomach caused by iatrogenic splenic injury causes and prevention.Methods A retrospective analysis surgical implements radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients undergoing radical operation for gastric cancer 37 cases of clinical data.Results ①37 patients the distal stomach cutting operation with 6 cases of splenic injury;proximal gastric resection operation of 3 cases splenic injury;gastric hysterectomy 2 cases spleen injury;②Spleen preserving operation was successful in 28 cases,all patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion Improving the spleen preserving consciousness,improve the operation of technical operation,adopting effective hemostatic technique,can be effective in the prevention of gastric cancer radical operation of iatrogenic splenic injury appear.
