超声引导股神经阻滞麻醉在高龄患者术后镇痛中的应用

目的:探讨超声引导股神经阻滞麻醉在高龄患者术后镇痛中的应用。方法:选择40例膝关节手术后使用镇痛泵的高龄患者,随机分为试验组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组20例,其中A组行超声引导下股神经阻滞麻醉,B组行盲探法股神经阻滞麻醉;观察两组的术后镇痛效果、使用局部麻醉药总量及并发症。结果:与B组相比,A组的镇痛效果好,使用局部麻醉药总量少,并发症出现少。结论:超声引导股神经阻滞麻醉用于高龄患者术后镇痛可提高操作成功率、增强镇痛效果、减少并发症,有较高的临床应用价值。

Ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block used in elderly patients with postoperative analgesia

Objective To discuss the ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block used in elderly patients with the application of postoperative analgesia.Method 40 elderly patients after knee surgery were choosed for using analgesia pump.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(group A) and the control group(group B),each group had 20 cases.Group A femoral nerve block under ultrasound guided,group B femoral nerve block under blind impale.Observed the postoperative of two groups analgesia effect,drug consumption and complications.Results Compared with group B,the analgesic effect of group A was better,just as less drug consumption and less complications.Conclusion The nerve block guided by ultrasound for elderly patients with postoperative analgesia can improve the success rate of operation,enhance the analgesic effect and reduce the complications.It has the high value of clinical application.
