中小学校管理气氛对教师公民行为影响的调查研究

目的探讨学校管理气氛和教师公民行为的相关性。方法采用问卷调查法,问卷来自于我国学者编写的学校管理气氛量表和教师公民行为量表,对郴州地区200位中小学教师进行了问卷调查。结果①学校管理氛围6个维度中领导威信(x-=4.2887),人际领导(x-=4.1000),制度健全(x-=3.6423),管理系统性(x-=3.6056),民主作风(x-=3.5035),关心体贴(x-=2.7676);②教师在公民行为的3个维度中主动行为(x-=4.2817),利他行为(x-=4.1338),利组织行为(x-=1.1429);③学校组织管理气氛与教师公民行为总体上呈显著的正相关(r=0.599,P<0.001)。结论学校管理气氛好,教师公民行为高。

The Effect of School Administration Atmosphere on Teacher Citizen Behavior

Objective To discuss the relationship between school administration atmosphere and teacher citizen behavior.Methods Using the questionnaire survey procedure,which was from the atmosphere of the School Management Scale and the Teacher Citizen Behavior Scale arranged by our country scholars to 200 school teachers in Chenzhou area.Results ①The six factors constitutions of school administration atmosphere were the leadership prestige(=4.2887),the interpersonal leadership(=4.1000),the perfect system(=3.6423),the management systematic characteristic(=3.6056),the democratic style(=3.5035)adn the care sympathize(=2.7676).②The teacher citizen behavior was the mixture of the initiative behavior(=4.2817),the behavior benefits others(=4.1338) and the behavior in favor of organization(=1.1429).③The school administration atmosphere was significantly related to teacher citizen behavior.Conclusion The school administration atmosphere is good,the teacher citizen behavior is too high.
