| 摘 要： | 目的:观察并分析飞行员高血压并胰岛素抵抗与代谢指标异常的关系。方法:回顾性分析47例飞行员体检资料,分为观察组26例与对照组21例,对比判断飞行员高血压病胰岛素抵抗与代谢指标异常的关系。结果:观察组患者体重指数、三酰甘油、胆固醇指数、血糖与血尿酸指数较对照组高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇指数则较低,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:飞行员高血压症状与胰岛素抵抗、代谢异常有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and analyze the pilots with hypertension and insulin resistance and metabolic indices of abnormal relationship.Methods The filter 47 pilots medical information,and divided into 26 cases of the observation group and control group 21 cases,compared to judge the abnormal relationship of the pilots with hypertension insulin resistance and metabolic indicators.Results In the observation group BMI,triglycerides,cholesterol,blood glucose and blood uric acid index is higher than the control group,high density lipoprotein cholesterol index is low,between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The pilot hypertension and insulin resistance,metabolic abnormalities are closely related. |
