脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗反复呼吸道感染的疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响

目的:观察脾氨肽口服冻干粉合玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法:将反复呼吸道感染患儿60例随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组用脾氨肽口服冻干粉合玉屏风颗粒治疗,对照组予以玉屏风颗粒口服。结果:治疗组各项免疫球蛋白值升高均优于对照组;治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为90%与73.3%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脾氨肽口服冻干粉合玉屏风颗粒用于小儿反复呼吸道感染可提高患儿免疫力,减少发病次数,有较好的治疗及预防效果,值得临床推广。

Effect of spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder in the treatment of the pediatric repeated respiratory infection and the influence to the children immune

Objective To observe the effect of spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder and Yu ping feng particle in the treatment of the pediatric repeated respiratory infection and the influence to the children immune.Method Total 60 cases diagnosed as pediatric repeated respiratory infection were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group received the treatment of aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder and Yu ping feng particle and the control group received the treatment of Yu ping feng particle.Results The improving of immune globulin in treatment group was higher than that of control group.The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 73.3%,respectively.The total effectiveness was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder and Yu ping feng particle use in respiratory infection can improve the children′s immunity,reduce the number of this disease.The methods have good effect of treatment and prevention.The methods should be promoted in clinical.
