开放性无张力和腹腔镜疝修补术的临床对比研究

目的:分析比较开放性无张力和腹腔镜疝修补术的有效性、安全性,为临床手术方式的选择提供参考依据。方法:收集腹股沟疝手术186例,其中开放性无张力疝修补99例,腹腔镜疝修补87例。分析不同手术方式的手术时间、术后平均住院日期、恢复正常工作的时间、并发症、复发率、手术费用等指标的差异。结果:与开放性无张力疝修补术相比腹腔镜疝修补术的术后住院时间以及恢复正常工作的时间较短(P<0.05);但院费用较高(P<0.05)。两组手术方式手术时间,并发症和复发率差异无统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜疝修补术手术效果好、术后恢复快,值得在经济基础好的基层医院广泛开展。

Clinical comparative study of Open tension-free and laparoscopic hernia repair

Objective To Jampare the different effectiveness and safety between open and laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair,provide clinical reference for the choice of surgical approach.Method We collected Cellecting inguinal hernia surgery 186 cases,of which open tension-free hernia repair in 99 cases,87 cases of laparoscopic hernia repair.Compared the different surgical operation time,average length of stay,the date of return to normal working,complications,recurrence rate,surgical fees and other indicators of differences.Results Compared with open tension-free hernia repair the laparoscopic hernia had shorter surgery time,less postoperative hospital stay and shorter time to resume normal work(P<0.05) but higher hospital costs(P<0.05).The complications and recurrence rate of the two groups had no statistically significance.Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia repair surgery is effective and have a quick recovery,there is a good prospect for it in good economic base place.
