艾司西酞普兰合并奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症对照研究

目的探讨艾司西酞普兰合并奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将64例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(艾司西酞普兰合并奥氮平)和对照组(单用艾司西酞普兰治疗),观察8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定临床疗效,评分均较治疗前有显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.001)。两组不良反应均较轻微。结论艾司西酞普兰合并奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症较单用艾司西酞普兰疗效更好、起效更快,患者依从性更佳。

Comparative Study on Escitalopram Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Refractory Depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Escitalopram combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of refractory depression.Methods A total of 64 patients with refractory depression were randomly divided into study group with Escitalopram combined with Olanzapine and control group with Escitalopram for 8 weeks of treatment.The clinical efficacy and side effects were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Treatment Emergent symptom Scale(TESS).Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in two groups were both significantly lower than those before treatment,In the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th weekend of treatment,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01,t=0.3702,t=2.3478,t=4.2196,t=5.738 or t=4.6791).No severe side effects were found in two groups.Conclusion Escitalopram combined with Olanzapine takes effects better and faster than Escitalopram single and doesn’t increase side effects in the treatment of refractory depression.
