人工图像复核前后FUS-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液有形成分假阳性率的比较

摘    要:目的:比较人工图像复核前后FUS-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿有形成分的假阳性率。方法:用FUS-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪对925例本院住院患者尿液进行检测,对尿有形成分阳性的标本进行人工图像复核和显微镜复检。以人工镜检为标准,对人工图像复核前后FUS-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿有形成分的假阳性率进行比较。结果:人工图像复核后,红细胞、白细胞、鳞状上皮细胞、透明管型、未分类管型、细菌、酵母菌、未分类结晶的假阳性率分别从31.0%、13.3%、5.0%、80.3%、85.7%、36.5%、42.9%、6.7%降到8.0%、2.9%、1.7%、21.1%、20.0%、10.8%、5.9%、3.4%。结论:在临床应用中,对FUS-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪自动识别的尿有形成分阳性结果要进行必要的人工图像复核,对判断错误的结果进行人工纠正,可极大降低尿有形成分的假阳性率和显微镜复检率,最大程度保证了检验结果的准确性。

Comparison of false positive rates of urinary formed elements detection by FUS-200 full-automatic urine sediment analyzer before and after manual images review

Abstract:Objective To compare the false positive rates of urinary formed elements detection by FUS-200 full-automatic urine sediment analyzer before and after manual images review.Method With FUS-200 full-automatic urine sediment analyzer,we determined the urine speciments of 925 hospitalized patients in our hospital.The positive speciments of urinary formed elements were reviewed images and examinded by microscope.In manual microscopic examination standard,we compared false positive rates of urinary formed elements detection by FUS-200 full-automatic urine sediment analyzer before and after manual images review.Results After images were checked manually,the false positive rates of RBC,WBC,SQEP,HYAL,UNCC,BACT,BYST and UNCX dropped to 8.0%,2.9%,1.7%,21.1%,20.0%,10.8%,5.9%,3.4% from 31.0%,13.3%,5.0%,80.3%,85.7%,36.5%,42.9% and 6.7%,separately.Conclusion In clinical application,positive auto-recognition results of urinary formed elements auto-recognition in FUS-200 must be manually reviewed and error results in judgement must be corrected.This can greatly reduce the false positive rates of urinary formed elements and microscopic reviewing rates,and ensure maximum accuracy of the results.
