风险管理在急诊管理工作中的作用探讨

目的:探讨风险管理在院前急救护理风险管理中的应用。方法:选取急救患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组实施质量控制,对照组给予常规护理,观察两组患者的出诊速度、急救技术实施的成功率、患者及家属的满意率与差错的发生率的情况。结果:观察组的出诊到达现场时间、急救技术实施成功率、患者及家属满意率、差错发生率四指标各自比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理在院前急救护理管理中可取得较好的效果,值得临床推广应用。

Quality control of pre hospital first aid nursing risk management application evaluation

Objective To quality control in pre hospital emergency nursing risk management application.Methods 120 cases of pre-hospital emergency patients,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group,the observation group to implement quality control path,the control group received routine nursing,observes two groups of patients’ s speed,the success rate of first aid techniques,patient and family satisfaction rate and error incidence of cases.Results The observation group ’s arrival time,first aid technique implementation success rate,patient and family satisfaction rate,error occurrence rate of four indicators of the respective comparison the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control path in pre-hospital emergency care management can achieve good results,it is worthy of clinical application.
