长沙市中学生心理卫生知识知晓率调查

目的了解长沙市中学生对心理卫生知识的知晓情况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,随机抽取农村和城区各2所重点中学、2所普通中学,每个学校6个年级,每年级随机抽40人,实际调查了24个班级968位中学生,采用卫生部制定的《中学生心理卫生知识问卷》进行测量。结果中学生心理健康知识知晓率调查的总体正确应答率63.4%;其中"心理问题认知"正确应答率85.9%;知道哪里可以提供心理咨询占47.4%;知道"何时需心理帮助"占11.5%;知道"向何人求助"占24.1%;"心理咨询态度"接受率达到80%,但拒绝率也接近20%;在心理卫生知识认知方面,农村中学生高于城市中学生,城乡差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.7,P<0.01)。结论 2010年我市中学生心理卫生知识知晓率达到了《中国精神卫生规划(2002-2010)》中的在校中学生心理卫生知识知晓率达到60%的目标。

An Investigation on Mental Health Awareness of Middle School Students in Changsha

Objective To explore mental health awareness of middle school students in changsha.Methods Using stratified sampling method,randomly choose two key schools,two ordinary schools each in rural and urban district.All 968 randomly sampled students were investigated using health questionnaire of mental health knowledge.Results Overall correct response rates of mental health knowledge among middle school students was 63.4%.Among them,correct response rate of "psychological problems cognitive" was 85.9%.47.4% students knew where could acquire for counseling,11.5% knew "psychological help occurred in which conditions" and 24.1% knew "turning to whom for help"."Psychological consultation attitude" accept rate reached 80%,but rejection rate was close to 20%.The mental health knowledge awareness among students in rural was significantly higher than that in urban(χ2=10.7,P<0.01).Conclusion Mental health knowledge awareness rate among middle school students is 63.4% in 2010,and reaches to target of 60% in《China mental health project》(2002-2010).
