151名农村壮族留守老人孤独感调查

目的:调查农村壮族留守老人的心理孤独状况。方法:随机选取广西壮族自治区上林县巷贤镇留守老人160名,使用广西卫生厅立项课题《农村壮族留守老人心理健康状况调查表》中的一般访问卷,UCLA孤独量表进行调查。结果:151名完成调查,农村壮族留守老人UCLA孤独量表得分高于常模,差异有统计学意义(t=34.80,P﹤0.05),单人留守家庭老人的孤独分高于夫妻留守家庭老人,差异有统计学意义(t=2.07,P﹤0.05),子女支持留守家庭老人的孤独分低于非支持留守家庭老人,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.28,P﹤0.05),隔代留守家庭老人的孤独分与非隔代留守家庭老人差异有统计学意义(t=0.49,P﹥0.05),贫困留守家庭老人的孤独分与非贫困留守家庭老人差异有统计学意义(t=0.63,P﹥0.05)。结论:农村壮族留守老人有强烈的孤独感,子女支持有助于减轻老人的孤独感。

Investigation of loneliness of 151 cases Zhuang staying behind elderly people in rural

Objective To investigate the psychological loneliness state of the Zhuang staying behind elderly people in rural.Method Total 160 cases of Zhuang staying behind elderly people were randomly selected in Xiangxian town Shanglin County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the instruments used were"the Mental Health Survey Questionnaire for the Zhuang staying behind elderly people in rural",which including general questionnaire and UCLA.Results For 151 elderly persons had been interviewed.The UCLA Loneliness Scale score of the Zhuang staying behind elderly people was significantly higher than the norm.The score of the single elderly people was significantly higher than the couple.The score of the elder with children to support was significantly lower the non-support.The score of the elder took care of grandchildren and the elder without grandchildren had no significant difference.The score of the poor elder and the not poor elder had no significant difference.Conclusion The Zhuang staying behind elderly people have a strong sense of lonelines,the children support can help alleviate the loneliness of the elder.
