有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗Pilon骨折的疗效分析

目的:对应用有限内固定与外固定支架技术联合对患有Pilon骨折的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:抽取74例患有Pilon骨折的患者,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组37例。分别采用切开复位有限内固定技术和有限内固定与外固定支架技术联合进行治疗。结果:B组患者进过手术治疗的踝关节改善效果明显优于A组;在治疗过程中出现并发症的例数明显少于A组;治疗所需总时间明显短于A组。结论:应用有限内固定与外固定支架技术联合对患有Pilon骨折的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Effect of Limited Internal Fixation with External Fixation Support in the Treatment of Pilon Fracture

Objective To study the clinical effect of limited internal fixation with external fixation support in the treatment of patients with Pilon fracture.Methods Chose 74 cases with Pilon fracture and divided them into group A and group B,37 cases for each group.They respectively received the treatments of open reduction limited internal fixation and the limited internal fixation with external fixation support.Results After the treatment,patients in group B were better in the improvement of anklebone than ones in group A;the number of patients of group B with the complications during the treatment was less than the one of group A;the total treatment time of group B was significantly shorter than the one of group A.Conclusion There is a significant clinical effect of limited internal fixation with external fixation support in the treatment of patients with Pilon fracture.
