小剂量低分子肝素治疗自身免疫性习惯性流产40例

目的探讨小剂量低分子肝素治疗自身免疫性习惯性流产的临床价值。方法40例经抗体检测ACA阳性的习惯性流产患者随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组起给予小剂量低分子肝素钙5000IU／d治疗，对照组给予强的松5mg口服，1次／d，阿司匹林50mg口服，1次／d治疗，停药时间一般在孕34～36周，观察两组妊娠结局及血清中ACA抗体清除情况。结果研究组活产率90％，抗体清除率75％；对照组活产率75％，抗体清除率30％；P〈0．05。结论单用小剂量低分子肝素治疗ACA阳性的自身免疫性习惯性流产比常规应用强的松加小剂量阿司匹林效果好。

Clinical observation on 40 autoimmune habitual abortion patients with low molecular weight heparin calcium

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium（LM- WHC） on Autoimmune habitual abortion. Methods 40 patients with anticardiolipin antibody （ ACA ） Positive were enrolled ：20 cases（ treatment group）were randomly assigned to receive LMWHC （subcutaneous injection）, and the other 20 eases （ control group ） to receive routine therapy with prednisone and low dose aspirin. One course of treatment lasted about 34-36 weeks. Pregnancy outcomes and serum antibody ACA clearance rate were observed. Results The live birth rate was 90% in the treatment group versus 75 % in the control group ; the antibody clearance rate was 75% in the treatment group versus 30% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion As compared with the routine therapy with prednisone and low dose aspirin, the Low molecular weight heparim calcium has better efficacy for Autoimmune habitual abortion.
