| 摘 要： | 本文统计了所属医院1996—2005年获得的171项科研成果,对其数量与结构,学科与专业,第一完成人年龄与职务、职称与学历进行了分析,提出军队中小医院科研工作要坚持优先面向军队需要,固强补弱推动弱势学科发展,创新人才培养,形成协作攻关的团队优势,建立与科研导向相适应的激励机制等建议。

| Abstract: | The article analyzed the amount,structure,subject,professional qualification,course of study and age of the first people who finished research achievements in the affiliated hospitals.The author proposed that scientific researches should persist in preference to military need,impulse faintish discipline development,innovate talented person training,comprises synergic group,establish rational inspiriting mechanism. |
