| 摘 要： | 62例脑梗塞偏瘫后肌痉挛患者随机分为2组，治疗组32例采用口服解挛合剂治疗，对照组30例口服西药巴氯芬。以新修订的Ashworth痉挛评价量表评定。结果：经30天观察，治疗组在解除中风后肌痉挛方面效果明显，总有效率为84．8％，与对照组比较无显著差异（P＞0.05)，且副作用较少。

| Abstract: | cases of muscle spasm after stroke were randomly divided into two groups.32 cases were treated with Jieluan mixture,30 cases treated with Baclofen were set up as the control group.Both the two groups were evaluated by Ashworth Scale.Results:The effect on muscle spasm was improved significantly in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 84.8%.No significant difference was found between the two groups (P>0 05).But there were less side effects in the treatment group than that in the control group. |
