摘    要:目的 调查北京市某高校附属医院的临床医师和医学生对临床教学阶段推广实时循证以问题为基础学习教学模式的态度和影响因素.方法 采用多阶段分层按比例方法 ,选取402名调查对象进行问卷调查.结果 402名调查对象中,49.8%的人认为在临床教学阶段全面推行实时循证以问题为基础学习教学模式是可行的,38.5%的人认为不大可行或根本不可行.不同职称(P=0.020)和不同医师类型(P=0.001)的人员对全面推行该模式的态度有差异,尤其是作为受教者的八年制医学生中有60.3%的人、作为主要施教者的副高级职称人员中有48.8%的人认为,在临床教学中全面推行该模式不大可行或根本不可行,此比例高于其他类型人员.结论 目前,在临床教学阶段全面推行实时循证以问题为基础学习教学模式还有许多问题,医院教学管理部门应该予以重视并采取针对性的措施切实解决问题,综合各方面因素逐步推行实时循证以问题为基础学习教学模式.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the perception and attitude of clinicians and medical students about promoting the use of real time evidence-based PBL teaching model in clinical teaching and the influencing factors in a comprehensive teaching hospital.Methods A multi-stage stratified and proportionate sampling was used to select the subjects, following a questionnaire survey.402 objects were included in this study.Results 49.8% of subjects thought that it was feasible to promote real time evidence-based PBL teaching model in the clinical setting, but also 38.5% of the subjects did not support this new teaching style.Clinicians of different professional titles (P=0.020) and types (P=0.001) had distinctions to the comprehensive promotion of this model.Especially 60.3% of the eight-year medical students as educatees and 48.8% of the clinicians of the second-high title who are main pedagogues, were opposed to PBL promotion on the stage of clinical teaching, which are higher than other clinicians and students.Conclusions There are certain problems to solve during the use of PBL teaching model on the stage of clinical medical teaching.And that heeds leaders of hospital and managers in teaching put emphasis on solving interrelated problems and take various factors to plan and implement PBL.
