心脏罕少疾病影像学诊断

摘    要:目的 分析和探讨心脏罕少疾病影像学诊断。方法 选择资料完整的21例为研究对象,回顾和分析其临床及影像学资料,比较各种影像学检查的价值。结果 男13例,女8例。11例具有影像学的特征表现,7例经开胸或手术后病理证实,3例经皮穿刺活检确诊。根据病变性质将21例心脏罕少疾病可分为先天性病变、恶性肿瘤、良性肿瘤、肿瘤样病变和其他病变5类,其中以恶性肿瘤最多见8例(38.1%);根据病变部位可分为心腔内病变、瓣膜病变、心肌病变和心包病变4类,其中以心肌病变最多见9例(42.9%)。结论 掌握心脏罕少疾病的分类方法,密切结合临床及影像学特征,可以提高诊断和鉴别诊断水平。

Abstract:Objective To investigate radiology diagnosis of rare heart diseases.Methods 21 cases whose profiles are complete were studied,and diagnositic values of radiology methods were compared.Results 11 male and 8 female patientes were elected,and there are 13 patients provided with typical representation in all of the cases.7 cases were operated and then were identified with pathology method.3 of them were corroborated by percutaneous puncturation.The 21 cases were classified inborn diseases,malignant tumor,benign tumor,phymatoid affection,and others due to diseases character,and the malignant tumor is the commonest affection(8 cases,38.1%).According to region of heart,the cavity disease,valvular heart disease,cardiac muscle disease and arcula cordis disease were classified,and in all of them,the cardiac muscle disease is the commonest(9 cases,42.9%).Conclusion To grasp the classify methods of rear heart diseases,and connected with character of clinic and radiology,we can improve diagnosis and antidiastole levels.
