| 摘 要： | 131I治疗甲状腺癌的效果已得到肯定,但影响疗效的因素众多,包括癌肿的病理类型、转移部位、病灶大小及数量多少、患者的性别、患者的年龄、血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)浓度、甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)、钠/碘同向转运体(NIS)表达水平以及131I治疗后的副反应等。充分认识这些影响因素对临床实践中合理运用131I治疗甲状腺癌至关重要。

| Abstract: | The curative effects of treating the thyroid carcinoma with 131I have already been recognized,but the influencing factors of curative effect is multiple,such as the pathological type of tumor,metastasis sites,lesion size and quantity,gender and age,the concentration of TSH,TPO,NIS's expressions,side effect of treatment with 131I etc.To fully understand these factors is crucial for treating thyroid carcinoma with 131I in clinical practice. |
