人参的抗癌作用及其机制研究进展

摘    要:总结人参抗癌作用的研究,并就其作用机制进行简述和讨论。人参可以做为一种辅助药品或免疫增强剂用于化疗后的癌症患者,提高机体免疫力,增加食欲和增强身体素质。尽管人参皂苷(尤其是Rh2、Rg3、化合物K和25-OCH3-PPD)可以通过各种途径杀伤多种肿瘤细胞,但是其临床效果却有待检验。

Abstract:This paper concerns the observation and experimental investigation of antitumor effect of Ginseng Radix et Rhezoma. Its mechanism of action are narrated and critically discussed. Ginseng Radix et Rhezoma is used as an adjuvant or immunotherapeutic agent to enhance immune activity, appetite, and life quality of cancer patients during their chemotherapy and radiation. Although the apoptotic effect of ginsenosides, especially Rh2, Rg3, compound K, and 25-OCH3-PPD on various tumor cells has been shown via different pathways, their clinical effectiveness remains to be tested.
