| 摘 要： | 目的：评价ＭＲＡ对颅内动脉瘤诊断的优势。方法：对本院１４例经手术证实的颅内动脉瘤的ＭＲＡ表现进行分析，并与ＭＲＩ及ＣＴ表现进行比较。结果：１４例颅内动脉瘤具有特征性ＭＲＡ及ＭＲＩ表现，其定性诊断能力优于ＣＴ，ＭＲＡ在显示瘤体及载瘤动脉方面优于ＭＲＩ。结论：ＭＲＡ是检出直径〉３ｍｍ的颅内动脉瘤的最佳诊断方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the advantage of MRA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms Methods: MRA appearance were analyzed and compared with MRI and CT findings in the 14 patients confirmed by surgery Results:MRI showed the characteristic appearance of intracranial aneurysms in 14 cases,and both MRA and MRI were superior to CT in the diagnosis of aneurysms MRA successfully depicted liable aneurysms and their parent arteries Conclusion:MRA is the best nontraumatic measure in the detection of aneurysms larger than 3mm |
