| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨舌鳞状细胞癌浸润神经组织的临床病理学意义。方法 通过复习73例舌鳞状细胞癌患者的常规组织学切片，研究其浸润神经组织与其他临床病理学指标的关系。结果 73例患者中有38例（52％）出现神经组织浸润，其与肿瘤表面最大直径（Z=-3．978，P：0．000）、浸润深度（Z=-5．756，P=0．000）、局部复发（Z=-3．612，P=0．000）及区域淋巴结转移（P=-2．807，P=0．005）呈正相关，而与组织学分化程度无关（P=0．357）。结论 神经组织浸润可以作为判断舌鳞状细胞癌预后的一个重要参考因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinicopathological significance of perineural invasion(PI) in lingual squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC).Methods 73 cases of LSCC were examined with conventional histopathological staining.The relationship of PI and clinicopathological indexes was analyzed.Results PI was present in 38(52%) of 73 patients and was significantly associated with the greatest surface diameter of tumor(Z=-3.978,P=0.000),invasion depth(Z=-5.756,P=0.000),local recurrence(Z=-3.612,P=0.000) and cervical lymph node metastasis(Z=-2.807,P=0.005),but not with tumor differentiation(P=0.357).Conclusion PI can be an important factor for outcome of patient with LSCC. |
