米非司酮与米索前列醇不同配伍方式用于药物流产的临床对比研究

目的:比较米非司酮与米索前列醇不同配伍方式用于药物流产的临床效果。方法:将自愿药物流产的患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组:米非司酮25mgb.i.d×3天,第4天晨顿服米索600μg,第5天起服米索200μgq.d×6天;对照组米非司酮25mgb.i.d×3天,第4天晨顿服米索600μg。结果:实验组完全流产率96.2%,显著高于对照组86.5%(P<0.05)。实验组阴道流血时间平均7.8±2.6天,显著短于对照组13.2±3.3天(P<0.05)。实验组阴道出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.01);实验组和对照组中胎囊径线≤15mm病例完全流产率分别为98.9%和92.8%,显著高于两组中胎囊径线15～25mm病例的完全流产率92.6%和79.5%。结论:尽早地施行药物流产并且延长米索的用药时间可显著提高完全流产率,减少阴道出血时间及阴道出血量。

The clinical contrast research of different combination of Mifepristone and Misoprostol to medical abortion

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of using different combination of Mifepristone and Misoprostol to medical abortion. Methods:The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. Study group: Mifepristone 25mg bid× 3day,Misoprostol 600ug in the morning on the fourth day, then Misoprostol 200ug qd×6 day;Control group:Mifepristone 25mg bid×3day,Misoprostol 600ug in the morning on the fourth day. Results: The complete abortion rate of study group 96.2%,was significantly higher than that of the control group 86.5%(P<0.05); the mean vaginal bleeding time of study group7.8±2.6 days,were significantly shorter than that of the control group 13.2±3.3 days(P<0.05),the total vaginal hemorrhage was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.01);The complete abortion rate in the cases whose diameter of gestation cyst ≤15mm in the study group and control group was 98.9% and 92.8%, it were significantly higher than that cases whose diameter of gestation cyst15～25mm in the two groups 92.6%和79.5%.Conclusions:By early performing medical abortion and using Misoprostol longer,the complete abortion rate can be significantly increased and the vaginal bleeding duration and hemorrhage can be reduced.
