运用循证护理探讨呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理策略

目的:探讨呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理策略。方法:运用循证护理,先确定60例机械通气病人需要解决的问题,后针对问题查阅相关文献和资料,寻找直接和间接实证,并对其真实性、可靠性、临床价值及实用性进行分析、归纳,选择最佳护理证据,研究出最佳护理策略,制定出最佳护理方案,并执行相应的护理措施。结果:60例机械通气病人发生呼吸机相关性肺炎5例,发生率为8.3%,低于文献报道14.3%。结论:运用循证护理理论指导临床护理可提高护理质量,对机械通气病人运用恰当的护理策略,采取相应的护理措施可降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。

Discussion of nursing strategy of ventilator associated pneumonia using evidence-based nursing care

Objective:To discuss the nursing strategy of ventilator associated pneumonia.Methods:Using evidence-nursing care, the problems needed to be solved of 60 patients of mechnical ventilation were determined,the related literature and data were consulted aiming at these problems,searched direct and indirect evidence and its reality,reliability,clinical value and practicality were analyzed and induced.Choosing the best nursing evidence, studied the best nursing strategy,made the best nursing plan and then executed the corresponding nursing measures.Results:5 cases happened ventilator associated pneumonia in 60 patients of mechnical ventilation;the incidence rate was 8.3%, lower than 14.3% literature reported.Conclusion:Using evidence-nursing to direct the clinical nursing can improve the quality of nursing;applying the proper nursing strategy and taking the corresponding nursing measures can decrease the incidence rate of ventilator associated pneumonia.
