补佳乐在高危人工流产术后即时使用的疗效观察

目的:探讨在高危流产术后使用补佳乐配伍安宫黄体酮片周期治疗三个月对术后子宫内膜修复的作用。方法:选择64例高危人流受术者及30例普通人流患者。将高危人流患者随机分为两组:A组(高危服用补佳乐组,n=32)、B组(高危未服用补佳乐组,n=32)和C组(正常人流组,n=30)。所有入组人员从人流后即刻接受三月的随访,包括门诊检查和专线电话随访。结果:A组阴道流血时间、子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡形成和内膜三线征的出现、宫腔粘连、痛经、闭经和B组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、C组患者均无宫腔感染发生,B组有1例出现,三者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组和C组患者除阴道流血量有无统计学意义(P<0.05),其他指标经比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补佳乐配伍安宫黄体酮在高危人流后即时使用三个周期,可以促进子宫内膜的修复,恢复正常的月经周期,预防和改善流产引起的月经不调。

Effects of Progynova immediately after an induced abortion at high risk.

Objective:To discuss the effects of Progynova immediately after an induced abortion at high risk.Methods:64 cases at high risk after induced abortions were divided into two groups as group A(n=32) and group B(n=32);while 30 ordinary cases after induced abortion were used as group C(n=30). the patients of group A were given medicine immediately in the evening after induced abortion.Results:The time of vaginal bleeding,the thickness of endometrium,the numbers of dominantfollicles,the sign of three lines of endometrium, the rate of intrauterine adhensions and amenorrhea dysmenorrhea were significantly different between group A and B(P<0.05);There were no infections in both group A and C;Expcept the amout of vaginal bleeding,there were no differences between group A and group C. Conclusions:Progynova and medroxyprogesterone acetate are safe and effective to the restoration of endometrium and menstrual cycles immediately after an induced abortion at high risk..
