阿维A胶囊联合美能治疗中、重度银屑病疗效观察

目的:观察阿维A胶囊与美能联合治疗中、重度银屑病临床疗效。方法:将120例银屑病患者分为三组,治疗组用阿维A胶囊联合美能,对照组I单用美能,对照组II单用阿维A胶囊。结果:治疗组与对照组I组、II组治愈率比较P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论:阿维A胶囊与美能联合治疗中、重度银屑病临床疗效好。

Clinical Observation of Acitretin Capsule Combinate with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Psoriasis.

Objective:To observe the efficacy of acitretin capsule combinate with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of moderate to severe psoriasis.Methods:120 cases of psoriasis patients were divided into three groups:the treatment group(n=40)was acitretin capsule combinate with intravenously infused with compound glycyrrhizin,control group I was alone intravenously infused with compound glycyrrhizin and control group II was alone with acitretin capsules.Results:The total effective rates of treatment group vs.two control groups were 82.5% vs.55%,52.5%,showing significant difference.Conclusion:A acitretin capsule combinate with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of moderate to severe psoriasis showed good clinical efficacy.
