| 摘 要： | 目的:评价细辛脑静脉给药佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:选择毛细支气管炎患者74例,随机分为治疗组36例和对照组38例。对照组常规抗感染、解痉平喘、止咳治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上辅以细辛脑静脉治疗。结果:治疗组喘憋、气促、肺部体征恢复情况明显优于对照组,总有效率94.4%,明显高于对照组68.4%,而且病程明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:细辛脑静脉给药佐治毛细支气管炎疗效显著。

Clinical observation of Treating Capillarity Bronchitis with Asarone Injection |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of Asarone Injection to vein to accessoftly treat the capillarity bronchitis. Methods:74 capillarity bronchitis patients were randomly divided into two groups:36 cases in treatment group and 38 cases in control group.The control group was treated using anti-infection, spasmolysis,calming down asthma and relieving a cough.The treatment group was Asarone injected in vein on the basis of the treatment equal to the comparison group.Results:The treatment group was better than control group,the short of breath and the restoration of lungs symptom.The total effectiveness Was 94.4%. obviously higher than control group, which was 68.4% Moreover, the course of an illness reduced (P<0.01) obviously.Conclusion: Asarone Injecting dosage is a good assistant medicine for bronchi-olitis |
