耐药红霉素肺炎支原体肺炎12例临床分析

目的:了解肺炎支原体对大环内酯类抗生素的耐药现状,提高对耐药肺炎支原体肺炎的临床认识和诊治水平。方法:对2008年2月～2009年2月我院儿科病房确诊的肺炎支原体肺炎的80例患儿,从其咽部获取标本,进行药物敏感试验筛选耐药株,对12例确诊为耐药肺炎支原体肺炎的患儿的临床特点进行总结分析。结果:80例标本中分离肺炎支原体阳性株14例,耐药株12例,耐药率占86%,发病率多为学龄儿童,6～14岁占84%。结论:临床应高度警惕耐药肺炎支原体肺炎的存在,避免不合理使用抗生素。

Clinical analysis of erythromycin resistance mycoplasma pneumonia in 12 children

Objective:To investigation the status of Mycoplasma pneumoniae resistant to macrolides antibiotics improve the focus on the resistance of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in the level of clinical awareness and diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Specimens were obtained from the pharynx of 80 Mycoplasma pneumoniae children in our hospital’s pediatric ward from February 2008 to February 2009 and were test for drug resistant strains sensitive.the 12 cases diagnosed Resistance of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were analyzed clinical features Results:In 80 cases,14 strains of Mycoplasma pneumoniae-positive and 12 cases of resistant strains(86%)were isolated.It is common in 6-to 14-year-old school-age children,(84%).Conclusion:It is should be taken drug resistance seriously in Mycoplasma pneumoniae and we shoud avoid to misuse of antibiotics.n
