彝族地区265例乳腺癌改良根治术疗效分析

目的:探讨彝族地区乳腺癌的疗效。方法:回顾性分析265例乳腺癌(Ⅰ期65例、Ⅱ期200例)施行改良根治术的治疗效果。结果:265例中术后发生皮下积液17例,切口皮缘坏死12例,上肢淋巴性水肿3例,3a生存率84.3%,5a生存率70.2%。结论:早期发现,早期诊断,采用保留胸大、小肌,重视保护胸外侧支神经,可避免胸肌挛缩导致的上肢运动受限,重视术中创面的处理,能有效地预防局部的复发和转移,重视术后综合性治疗,可提高远期疗效。

Effective analysis of 265 cases breast cancer treatde with modified radical mastectomy

Objective:Purpose To explore the effective-ness of breast cancer in the Yi Areas.Methods:Data on the 265 cases of breast cancer(65 cases in stage Ⅰ,200cases in stage Ⅱ) treated with modifical radical mastectomy were retrospective summarized.Results:Among 265 cases,there were 17 cases of seroma formation,12 cases of skin flay necrosis,3 cases of upper limb lymphoedema.Three-year survival rates was 84.3%,Five-year survival rate was 70.2 %.Conclusion:Early detection,early diagnosis,Keeping pectoralis major and pectoralis minor,protecting the lateral thoracic never from upper limb dyskinesia,better treat-ing with incision for prevention of metastasis and recrudes-cence are crucial for better curative effect.
