康莱特注射液联合顺铂腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

目的:观察康莱特注射液联合顺铂胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法:46例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为两组,康莱特联合顺铂组22例,顺铂单药组24例。分别于胸腔穿刺引流术后胸腔内注射药物,观察其疗效和副反应。结果:康莱特联合顺铂组有效率86.4%,顺铂单药组62.5%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后毒副反应无明显差异。结论:康莱特联合顺铂腔内注射是治疗恶性胸腔积液的有效方法。

Study of Malignant Pleural Effusion Treated with Intrapleural Injection of Kanglaite Combined with Cisplatin

Objective:To study the effect of intrapleural injection of Kanglaite and cisplatin for malignant pleural effusion. Methods:46 cases of malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups.22 cases were treated with Kanglaite and cisplatin; the other 24 cases were treated with cisplatin. All the patients were treated by central venous catheterization set for closed drainage and intrapleural injection. Results:The response rate was 86.4% in the combination group,and 62.5% in the single agent group,the difference between this two groups was significant(P <0.01).The difference of side effect was nonsignificant.Conclusion:Intrapleural injection of Kanglaite and cisplatin for malignant pleural effusion is effective.
