奥美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效观察

目的:观察奥美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院近年来收治的110例反流性食管炎的临床资料,对照两组的疗效差异。结果:治疗组55例总有效率为100.0%;对照组55例总有效率为81.81%;经X2检验,两组患者的临床疗效有显著性差异,P<0.01。治疗组内镜的总有效率为90.91%;对照组内镜的总有效率为70.91%;经X2检验,两组患者的内镜疗效有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论:奥美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效优于单纯使用奥美拉唑,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets united Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets on treating reflux esophagitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets united Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets on treating reflux esophagitis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent years,treated 110 cases of reflux esophagitis clinical data,and study the efficacy difference between the control group.Results:55 cases of the treatment group,the total effective rate was 100.0%.But the control group,the total effective rate of 55 cases was 81.81%.By the X2 test,the clinical efficacy of two groups patients has significant difference,P<0.01.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets united Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets on treating reflux esophagitis is superior to using Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets alone,so it is worth for clinical use.
