氨茶碱与多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果比较

目的探讨氨茶碱与多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘急性发作临床效果差异。方法选择我院80例支气管急性发作患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予氨茶碱,观察组给予多索茶碱。观察两组患者肺功能改善情况,评定治疗效果,观察不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后的FEV_1、PEF、FEV_1/FVC和对照组治疗后的FEV_1、PEF、FEV_1/FVC比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组显效率和有效率之和高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘急性发作效果显著,其临床效果优于氨茶碱,值得借鉴。

The Effect Comparison of Aminophylline and Doxofylline on Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma Clinical

Objective Toexplore the effect comparison of Aminophylline and doxofylline on acute attack of bronchial asthma clinical. Methods 80 cases with acute episode of bronchial were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were given conventional therapy, the control group were given aminophylline, the observation group was given doxofylline. The pulmonary function improvement, the therapeutic effect, the adverse events were observed in two groups. Results The FEV1, PEF, FEV1/FVC in the observation after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The significant efficiency and efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction in observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Doxofylline on acute attack of bronchial asthma effect is remarkable, and the clinical effect is better than that of aminophylline.
