摘    要:目的探讨hs-cTnT与心力衰竭分期及预后相关性情况。方法分析我院2013年1月1日至2014年9月31日收治的心力衰竭患者216例临床资料,依据美国AHA/ACCD的成人慢性心力衰竭分期(A、B、C、D期)相对应分成4组,A组51例,B组55例,C组60例,D组50例。结果四组心力衰竭患者治疗后hs-cTnT及NT-proBNP水平均较各组治疗前明显降低,四组心力衰竭患者分期和治疗后hs-cTnT及NT-proBNP水平呈现明显正相关性,C组、D组心力衰竭患者不良事件发生率均优于A组、B组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论 hs-cTnT水平和心力衰竭的发生发展关系密切,可对心力衰竭患者尽早干预及病情预后评估提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To approach correlation research of hs-cTnT and installment of heart failure、prognosis. Method To analyze 216 cases clinical data of heart failure in our hospital from 2013.1.1 to 2014.9.31, which was to be divided into 4 groups by chronic heart failure stage(A, B, C, D stage)of in AHA/ACCD, A group 51 cases, B group 55 cases, C group 60 cases, D group 50 cases. Result The hs-cTnT and NT-proBNP level after treatment of 4 heart failure group were lower than before treatment each group, the hs-cTnT and NT-proBNP level after treatment of 4 heart failure group and installment of heart failure were obviously positive correlation property, the incidence of adverse events of C group, D group heart failure patients were better than A group, B group, P&lt;0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The relation and development of hs-cTnT level and heart failure were closely, which was to be provided according by early intervention and disease prognosis evaluation for heart failure patients.
