复方樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效观察

目的观察复方樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法选择76例缺血性视神经病变患者,按照随机数字对照表法平均分为两组,研究组38例(49眼),对照组38例(45眼)。两组患者均给予复方血栓通、复方丹参等传统的扩张血管的药物治疗,同时,配以维生素B1、B12、肌苷、三磷酸腺苷片、泼尼松等进行治疗。研究组在常规治疗的基础上,加用复方樟柳碱注射液于患侧颞浅动脉旁注射治疗,2毫升/次,1次/天,2周为一个疗程。一个疗程治疗结束后观察两组患者视力、视野的变化,比较两组的临床疗效。结果经治疗两组患者的视力及视野均得到明显的改善,研究组视力、视野的治疗总有效率分别为93.88%、91.84%,均明显高于对照组的86.67%、80.00%(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论复方樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变临床疗效确切,能够改善患者的视力水平及视野损伤情况,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Clinical Curative Effect of Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection Treatment of Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of compound anisodine hydrobmmide injection treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 76 patients with ischemic optieneuropathy were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, study group 38 cases （49 eyes）, 38 cases in the control group （45 eyes）. Two groups were given fufang xueshuantong, salvia and other traditional vascular dilation drug treatment, at the same time, with treatment withvitamin B1, B12, inosine, adenosine triphosphate, prednisone, etc. On the basis of conventional therapy, the study group plus compound anisodine hydrobromide injection on ipsilateral para temporal superficial artery injection therapy, once a day, each 2 mL, two week for a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The visual acuity and visual field in two groups of patients were improved obviously, the total effective rates of study were 93.88% and 91.84%, were significantly higher than 86.67% and 80% in control group （P〈0.05）. Patients in the two groups were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Compound anisodine hydrobromide injection in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathyexact has good clinical curative effect, can improve visual acuity and visual field damage of patients, improve the quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
