手术室与中心供应室一体化管理在医院感染控制中的作用研究

目的探讨手术室与中心供应室一体化管理在医院感染控制中的作用。方法收集2013年11月前,手术室与中心供应室一体化管理前6个月内的资料作为对照组,记录手术器械清洗后隐血检测合格率、无菌检查合格率、术后切口感染发生率及手术室护士对器械供应的满意度;收集2013年11月后,手术室与中心供应室一体化管理后6个月内的相关资料作为观察组,记录上述指标的变化情况。结果手术室与中心供应室一体化管理后,器械清洗总合格率由72.78%上升到95.56%;无菌检查总合格率由89.90%上升低至100.00%;术后切口感染发生率由0.36%下降到0.13%,手术室护士对器械供应的满意度由70.77%上升到90.91%;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论手术室与中心供应室一体化管理有利于提高手术器械的清洗和灭菌效果,并减少术后切口感染发生率。

Effect of Integrated Management of Operating Room and Central Supply Room on Hospital Infection Control

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated management of operating room and central supply room on hospital infection control. Methods Collecting the information before the integration of operating and central supply room management as the control group, the information after integration of operating and central supply room management as the observation group, recording the qualified rate of instrument cleaning and sterility test, satisfaction level of nurses in the operating room,and the surgical incision infection rate after operation. Result After the integrated management of operating and central supply room, the qualified rate of instruments cleaning raise from 73.89% to 95.00%, the qualified rate of sterility test raise from 93.21% to 100.00%, the satisfaction level of nurses in the operating room raise from 70.77% to 90.91%, and the surgical incision infection rate after operation decreased from 0.36% to 0.13%, the difference of all above items between two groups has statistically significance（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The integration of operating and central supply room management is helpful to hospital infection control in the operating room.
