| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨bcl-2和p53在胃癌的表达.方法:应用免疫组化检测78例胃癌中bcl-2、p53的表达情况.结果:bcl-2和p53在胃癌中的表达率分别为42.3%和52.4%,bcl-2和p53蛋白表达与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期均无明显关系,bcl-2和p53表达之间存在相关性(P＜0.01).结论:凋亡相关基因bcl-2和p53的异常表达在胃癌发生中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of bcl 2 and p53 in gastric carcinoma(GC).Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to evaluate the expression of bcl 2 and p53 in GC.Results:The expression rates of bcl 2 and p53 in GC were 42.3% and 52.4%,respectively.The expression of bcl 2 and p53 did not associated with clinicopathological parameters.There was cor relation between bcl 2 and p53( P <0.01).Conclusions:bcl 2 and p53 play an important role in carcinogenesis of GC. |
