发育性颈椎管狭窄对中药治疗颈椎病效果的影响

目的：为了解发育性颈椎管狭窄对颈椎病中药治疗效果影响的原因。方法：自1996年3月－1999年12月以中药治疗各型颈椎病345例，按“比值”法将每型颈椎病分为狭窄组和正常组，两组口服相同中药治疗。结果：正常组治疗效果优于各型狭窄组（P＜0．05）。结论：推断可能是狭窄组较正常组神经根周围及硬膜外腔压力高，血流淤滞，静脉怒张和微循环障碍显著，血肿和炎症反应明显。两组改善微循环和降低静脉怒张的效果可能存在差异。狭窄组较正常组难以使MRI显示的间盘突出物影像中的血肿、炎症反应减轻和消失，也不利于改善神经组织缺血缺氧情况。

The effect of developmental cervical spinal stenosis on treatment of Cervical spondylopthy with Chinese herbs

Objective:To find out the reason of the effect of developmental cervical spinal stenosis on treatment of cervical spondylophy with Chinese herbs.Methods:345 patients with different type of cervical spondylopathy had been treated on Chinese herbs from March 1996 to December 1999,and divided each type of patients into stenosal group and normal group according to the ratio. the two groups of patients treat with the same herbs.Results: the effect after therapy in normal group is superior to that of stenosal group (P<0.05).Conclusion: It is inferred, compared to normal group, the pressure around nerve root and exeradural of spinal cord of narrow group is higher, stasis of blood flow and phlebectasia and microcirculation dysfunction are more notable and hematoma amd inflammatory reaction are more obvious. The result of improving microcirculation and decreasing phlebectasia in two groups may exist difference. Stenosal group is difficult to alleviate the hematoma and inflammatory reaction in intervertebral projection image reflected by MRI,and disadvantageous to improve the ischemia and anoxia in nervous tissue.
