结核菌阳性老年肺结核临床诊治分析

目的探讨综合性医院住院病房中结核菌阳性老年肺结核的临床特点,以提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析2010年5月—2011年5月住院的结核菌阳性老年肺结核46例患者的临床表现、辅助检查及治疗方法。结果治愈、好转40例,死亡6例。结论近年来老年肺结核发病率高,结核菌阳性老年肺结核患者基础疾病多,临床症状不典型,易漏诊、误诊,病死率较高,应给予及早痰抗酸杆菌及动态胸部CT检查,早期诊断和治疗。

Clinical Analysis of 46 Cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis with Positive Sputum in the Aged Population

Objective To improve the understanding of the pulmonary tuberculosis with positive sputum in the aged population in General hospital.Methods The clinical data of 46 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with positive sputum were retrospectively analyzed during the period of May 2010 to May 2011.Results 40 cases were cured and improveded,7 cases died.Conclusion The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients is high.Patients with positive sputum had shown more atypical clinical characteristics and more complications and had a high misdiagnosis and miss diagnosis rate.An early diagnosis and treatment for special patients should be given as soon as possible.
