急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓后并发症的观察及护理干预

目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者行静脉溶栓治疗后并发症的临床症状及护理对策。方法 132例急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓治疗后(无严重合并症)的患者随机分为对照组60例和干预组72例,两组均在药物治疗基础上按急性心肌梗死护理操作常规护理。干预组在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预,对比分析两组患者的临床症状改变情况、并发症发生率、住院病死率及平均住院时间。结果干预组的临床症状改变情况、并发症发生率、住院病死率、平均住院时间均明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义。结论对急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓治疗后患者实行综合护理干预能提高患者的预后效果,降低死亡率,减少住院日,有利于促进患者的康复,减少临床并发症的发生。

Ohservation and Nursing Intervention of Complications After Thrombolytic Therapy in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical symptoms and nursing countermeasures of complications following thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods One hundred and thirty-two cases of acute myocardial infarction without serious complications after thrombolytic therapy were randomly divided into control group(n=60) and intervention group(n=72).The patients of the two groups were received conventional nursing care on the basis of drug therapy.Additionally,the patients of intervention group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The changes of clinical symptoms,the incidence rate of complications,the mortality during hospital admission,and the average duration of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results The changes of clinical symptoms,the incidence rate of complications,the mortality during hospital admission,and the average duration of hospitalization in intervention group were all significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups.Conclusions Implementing comprehensive nursing care in acute myocardial infarction patients received thrombolytic therapy can improve the prognosis of the patients,reduce the mortality,and decline hospitalization days.It is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of the patients and decreasing the occurrence of clinical complications.
