动态心电图在小儿病毒性心肌炎中的诊断价值

目的探讨动态心电图在小儿病毒性心肌炎中的诊断价值。方法收集2006年2月-2011年6月到湖南省儿童医院就诊的86例病毒性心肌炎小儿患者,同时采用动态心电图(DCG)和常规心电图(ECG)对86例患者进行检查,分析比较两种检查方法的检查结果。结果动态心电图与常规心电图的检出心电图异常率分别为93.02%和75.58%,两种检查方法差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在两组检查方法检查的心电图改变类型中,除异常Q波与完全性RBBB检查结果一致外,其余改变类型都显示DCG检查阳性率比ECG高(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图监测对小儿病毒性心肌炎中的诊断更确切、更可靠,可作为治疗过程中的随访手段。

Value of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Diagnosis of Viral Myocarditis in Children

Objective To study the significance of dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of viral myocarditis in children.Methods Dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) and electrocardiogram(ECG) were used to exam 86 children with viral myocarditis who were hospitalized in the Children’s Hospital of Hunan Province from February 2006 to June 2011.The results of the two examination methods were analyzed and compared.Results The abnormal detection rates of DCG and ECG were 93.02% and 75.58%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant between the two methods(P<0.05).Among the two inspection methods,the positive detection rate of change types of cardiogram in DCG was higher than that in ECC(P<0.05) except abnormal Q wave and complete BBBB.Conclusions DCG is more accurate and reliable in diagnosis of viral myocarditis in children,and it can serve as the means of follow-up during the treatment.
