社区护理干预对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响

目的 探讨社区护理干预对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响.方法 选取2010年1月至2011年10月105例糖尿病患者为研究对象,患者住院期间实施常规护理,出院后主动收集患者的相关信息,并根据患者的相关情况开展社区扩理干预活动,包括心理干预、饮食干预、运动干预、服药干预等内容.对社区护理干预前后,志者的治疗依从性进行比较分析.结果 护理干预后,患者在规律用药、合理运动、按时睡眠、监测血压、监测血糖、定期复查等方面的依从性显著提高,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；患者干预后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等指标明显下降,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 社区扩理干预能有效地提高糖尿病患者的治疗依从性.

Influence of community nursing intervention on treatment compliance of diabetic patients

Objective To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of patients with diabetes.Methods 105 cases of diabetes in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2011 were chosen as the research subjects and took the routine care during hospitalization.The relative information of the patients was collected after discharge.And the community nursing interventions were carried out according to the relevant condition of the patients,including psychological intervention,dietary intervention,exercise intervention,medication intervention,etc.The treatment compliances of the patients after the community nursing intervention were compared and analyzed.Results After the intervention,the patients’ compliances in the aspects of regular medication,reasonable movement,sleep on time,monitoring blood pressure,blood glucose monitoring and periodic recheck were increased significantly,showing statistical difference compared with before interention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the indicators of FBG,2hPG and HbAlC were decreased significantly with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The community nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance in the patients with diabetes.
