三峡库区居民糖尿病患病率及医疗保险不同参保人群的治疗状况

目的 调查三峡库区居民糖尿病患病率和医疗保险不同参保人群的糖尿病治疗状况.方法 采用多级整群抽样的方法,按照中华医学会糖尿病学分会2007年提出的诊断标准,对9871名年龄在35～74岁的三峡库区居民进行糖尿病患病率调查.结果 调查人群中糖尿病患病率为4.47%,糖尿病知识知晓率、接受降糖药物治疗率和空腹血糖控制率分别为41.95%、55.14%和48.11%.其中参加城镇职工医疗保险人群的糖尿病知晓率、治疗率和控制率均最高.结论 三峡库区居民的糖尿病患病率较高,城镇职工医疗保险的严重慢性疾病门诊治疗补偿制度对糖尿病的控制有重要作用.

Treatment status of the residents in the Three Gorges reservoir area of diabetes prevalence and medical insurance insured population

Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes of the Three Gorges reservoir area of residents and medical insurance insurance crowd diabetes treatment status.Methods A multistage cluster sampling method,in accordance with the diagnostic criteria proposed by the Chinese Medical Association Diabetes Society in 2007,the prevalence of diabetes in 9871 aged 35 to 74-year-old rural residents survey.Results The survey population prevalence of diabetes was 4.47%,diabetes knowledge and awareness,acceptance rate of hypoglycemic drug treatment and fasting blood glucose control rates were 41.95%,55.14% and 48.11%.Which participate in the Medicare population of urban workers diabetes awareness,treatment and control rates of the highest.Conclusion The high prevalence of diabetes in residents of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,urban workers,medical insurance for serious chronic diseases out-patient treatment’compensation system has an important role in the control of diabetes.
