脑梗死并发吸入性肺炎诊治分析

目的探讨脑梗死并发吸入性肺炎的发病机制、临床特点、诊断及其防治措施。方法对我院2006-05-01—2010-05-31脑梗死并发吸入性肺炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果 78例患者均为脑梗死并发吸入性肺炎,临床表现主要为咳嗽,咳痰和发热。胸部X光检查表现为吸入部位的浸润影。治疗后72例好转,6例死亡。结论吸入性肺炎是导致脑卒中患者死亡和影响其功能恢复的最重要原因,必须重视早期预防,及时诊断和合理使用抗生素,阻断吸入是防治的关键。

Clinical Analysis on Cerebral Infarct Complicated with Aspiration Pneumonia

Objective Discuss the pathogenesis,clinical characters,diagnosis and prevention measure in cerebral infarct complicated with aspiration pneumonia.Methods Progress retrospective analysis for the inpatients of cerebral infarct complicated with aspiration pneumonia from May 1st,2006 to May thirty one,2010.Results Total 78 inpatients all suffered cerebral infarct complicated with aspiration pneumonia,72 patients got better,6 patients dead.Conclutions Aspiration pneumonia is the primary causation which can induce cerebral stoke patients dead and affect their function recovery,it must be early prevented,timely diagnosed and use antibiotic logical.They were the key treatment.
