摘    要:目的探讨饮食干预对老年糖尿病患者血糖和血脂的影响。方法将医院2011年4-10月收治的100例二型糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用降糖药和胰岛素治疗,对照组采用常规管理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强饮食护理干预,比较两组的血糖及血脂控制效果。结果观察组显效27例,有效15例,总有效率为84.0%,显著高于对照组的总有效率68.0%(P〈0.05)。两组干预后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hFBG)、睡前血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)的含量均较治疗前显著改善,但观察组的改善效果显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。且观察组的胰岛素抵抗指数显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论饮食干预能更有效的控制血糖,减少并发症,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量,取得很好的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of diet intervention on blood glucose and blood lipid in elderly patients with diabetes. Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in the Fourth Hospital of Qinhuangdao City from April to October 2011 were divided into the observation group and the control group.The two groups were given the same antidiabetic and insulin therapy.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was received the diet nursing intervention additionally on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose,lipid control and clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results Twenty-seven cases had marked effect and 15 cases were effective in the observation group,the total effective rate was 84.0% which was significantly higher than that(68%) in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h post-prandial plasma glucose(2hFBG),bedtime blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) levels of the two groups were improved significantly,but the improvement effect in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).And insulin resistance index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Diet intervention can control blood glucose effectively,reduce the complications,improve the quality of life of diabetes patients,and bring good social and economic benefits.
