前列地尔在急性胰腺炎中抗脂质过氧化物作用

摘    要:目的 :观察急性胰腺炎患者用前列地尔治疗后血清丙二醛 (MDA)和超氧歧化酶 (SOD)浓度 ,并探讨MDA及SOD在急性胰腺炎发病机理中的作用。方法 :将 60例急性胰腺炎患者随机分成实验组和对照组 ,对照组按内科综合治疗 ,实验组在综合治疗基础上加前列地尔治疗 2周后 ,应用硫代巴比妥酸法及黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定 60例急性胰腺炎患者及 3 0例健康人 (正常组 )血清MDA及SOD的含量。结果 :急性胰腺炎患者血清MDA和SOD分别明显高于和低于正常组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。实验组治疗后MDA明显降低 ,SOD明显升高 ,与治疗前相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组治疗后MDA下降 ,SOD升高均不明显 ,与治疗前相比差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :前列地尔具有明显抗脂质氧化作用。

Abstract:Objective:To detect changes of serum MDA and SOD in patients with acute pancreatitis pre or post LipoPGE 1 treatment and to observe the effect of MDA and SOD in pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis. Methods: Patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n=30) were given regular treatment and the experimental group(n=30) received extra LipoPGE 1 after2 weeks of regular treatmaent. The concentrations of serum MDA and SOD of 30 normal people and 60 acute pancreatitis patients after LipoPGE treatment were tested with thiobarbituric and xanthinoxidase methods. Results: The serum MDA concentration of pancreatitis patients was much higher than that of normal group and serum SOD of patients was much lower than theat of normal group (P<0.01). The concentration of MDA in experimental group after treatment were markedly reduced and SOD were markedly increased, compared with those before treatment(P<0.01). The concentration of serum MDA in control group after treatment were slightly decreased and SOD were slightly increased (P>0.05).Conclusion: LipoPGE 1 has obvious effect of anti-lipid peroxidation [
