| 摘 要： | 艺术治疗（Art Therapy）具有不易受年龄、语言、认知能力、地点环境及疾病限制的特点，在治疗实施过程中操作简单方便且阻抗小，容易为人们所接受，已在临床心理治疗中得到广泛运用。西方国家对艺术治疗已有广泛的应用，而我国在近十年以来，艺术治疗也得到了大力发展，已逐步成为主要的心理咨询与治疗技术之一，现从理论基础、作用原理，实践情况对这一技术进行基本介绍和探讨。
