利用互联网对男男性接触者高危性行为干预效果评估

摘要：目的　探讨利用互联网对男男性接触者（ｍｅｎｗｈｏｈａｖｅｓｅｘｗｉｔｈｍｅｎ，ＭＳＭ） 开展高危性行为干预
的可行性。方法　采用统一的问卷，利用湖州地区网络同志ＱＱ 群，对ＭＳＭ 分别进行基线和干预后的问
卷调查，问卷调查内容包括一般人口学特征（年龄、职业、文化程度、婚姻状况、性取向等） 和高危性行
为发生情况等，在线收集问卷资料并进行统计分析。结果　共收集有效调查问卷８３４份，调查对象年龄以
２０～２９岁为主，占７７．５８％ （６４７／８３４）。对照组的调查对象在干预前后最近一次与同性发生肛交性行为时
使用安全套比例及最近半年与同性发生肛交性行为时使用安全套的比例的差异均无统计学意义；干预组的
调查对象在干预前后最近一次与同性发生肛交性行为时使用安全套比例及最近半年与同性发生肛交性行为
时使用安全套的比例的差异均有统计学意义（犘＜０．０５）。结论　利用互联网对ＭＳＭ 进行针对性的高危行
为干预具有实际意义。可利用互联网加强对ＭＳＭ 艾滋病高危行为的健康教育， 以有效降低该人群感染
ＨＩＶ 的风险。

Evaluation of internet intervention effect on high risky behaviors of MSM

Objective To explore the feasibility of internet intervention on high risky sexual behaviors of men who have sex with men（MSM）. Methods Online questionnaire survey was conducted among MSM using gay network before and after online intervention,which included basic information as age,education,marital status,sexual orientation as well as high risky sexual behaviors in Huzhou. Results A total of 834 qualified questionnaires were collected,and 77.58%（647/834）were 20 to 29years old.The differences of condom use during the most recent anal sexual intercourse as well as sexual intercourses happened in last six months before and after the intervention were statistically significant（P〈0.05）among MSM who received online intervention,while among those who did not and served as controls,the differences were not significant. Conclusions Online intervention is a practical and effective way to educate MSM for safer sexual behavior in order to reduce the risk of HIV infection.
