三点横行缝扎松弛直肠黏膜加注射治疗环状痔的临床研究

目的探讨三点横行缝扎松弛直肠黏膜加注射治疗环状痔的临床疗效。方法将216例环状痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组108例,采用三点横行缝扎松弛直肠粘膜加消痔灵注射治疗;对照组108例,采用传统外剥内扎术(Milligan-Morgan术)治疗。术后观察疗效、疼痛程度、愈合时间、排便功能及并发症发生情况,术后均随访2年,观察复发情况。结果治疗组患者在术后痛苦程度、疗效、愈合时间、术后并发症发生率、复发率均明显优于对照组。结论三点横行缝扎松弛直肠黏膜加消痔灵注射不损伤齿线,肛缘无创口,能恢复肛垫位置,痛苦小,康复快,并发症少,复发率低,是治疗环状痔合理有效的术式。

Three transverse joint clinical research of rectal mucosa ligation relaxation plus injection in treatment of hemorrhoids

Objective To explore the new method of treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods Two hundred and sixteen patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.108 cases in the treatment group were treated with three transverse relaxation rectal mucosa ligation plus Xiaozhiling injection treatment,and those in the control group were performed traditional Milligan Morgan （Milligan-Morgan）therapy.The healing time,defecation function and postoperative complications,postoperative follow-up of 2 years,the recurrence were observed.Results The postoperative pain, curative effect,healing time,postoperative complications and recurrence rate in the patients of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The three transverse relaxation rectal mucosa suture plus Xiaozhiling injection does not damage the tooth line and no perianal wound.In addtion,it could restore the anal cushion position,less pain,rapid recovery,less complications,low recurrence rate,which is t reasonable and effective for the surgical treatment of hemorrhoids.
